How do I return an item?

Deliveries

Dispatch times are as follows:

In stock: 24 to 72 hours.

Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The delivery time is between 1 to 7 working days after dispatch.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on bank holidays in each particular region.

We can not deliver to P.O. Box address.

Returns and Exchanges

Only products purchased directly from this website can be returned or exchanged using the procedure described below.

If you wish to return an item(s), you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to contact us by email for return or exchange the item(s).

The product must be in “new, or unused condition.

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is not available, it should be replaced with packaging of a similar size and capacity.

Returns and exchanges request must be made through our E-shop Email with your order or invoice number.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

Items returned without contacting us for RA#, or after 14 days will not be refunded.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order(s) at any time before your order(s) has been sent and receive a full refund.

If your order has been sent (i.e. has already left our warehouses) you will have to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order, although any such cancellation is subject to certain terms and conditions (see "Returns and exchanges").
